So I've spend several hours weaning through page after page of how to install moodle. I've tried a couple step-by-step guides and have not been successful. Any pointers to start from scratch would be helpful
Installing in a Server 2008 SP2 x64, PHP 5.4.9, and MySQL 5 environment.
