do upgrading with cli, get all newer add-ons except questionaire!
questionaire always makes the above mentioned error, and the effect is that the questionaires in courses made in moodle 2.5.1 after upgrading to moodle 2.5.3+ are empty! Those which were upgraded from moodle 1.9 to moodle 2.5.1 are ok!
