I'm happy to make an entry in the Moodle Tracker, I just find it a bit strange that no one else has come across these warnings while upgrading to 2.6. I've searched for it and I had no luck in finding anything similar or at least an update from the developers. If it's a minor bug in 2.6. I'm assuming it would have been already reported. That's why I thought it's better to post it here first.
