You can't simply install moodle into you hardrive like that, as that is exactly what you are telling ubuntu to do. Moodle is something that is on the website where students can enrol into your courses behind closed doors. You will get plenty of sudo-apt get instructions when you follow instructions from the above link.
The other better option for you is to get yourself a webhost and install moodle. The two I use is
